Long Term Care
CARF International accreditation provides a visible symbol that assures you of a health service provider's commitment to continually enhancing the quality of its services and programs, with a focus on the satisfaction of clients and residents. Obtaining CARF Accreditation is the result of a thorough and rigorous evaluation process, and it is held by a select number of long-term care providers.
Funding for our Care Communities has been provided by The Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs).
Ontario Long Term Care Association
The Ontario Long Term Care Association works to promote safe, quality long term care for Ontario’s seniors. It is the largest long term care provider association in Ontario, and Ontario Long Term Care Association's homes are regulated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Sienna Senior Living is proud to be an active and engaged member of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.
Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA)
ORCA is a voluntary nonprofit association of retirement residences in Ontario. Since 1997, ORCA has helped set standards for retirement home care and operation and provided a peer-review program to assess compliance and accredit member homes. Sienna Senior Living is proud to be an active and engaged member of ORCA.
BC Seniors Living Association (BCSLA)
The British Columbia Seniors Living Association (BCSLA) is a voluntary, membership-driven organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of the highest standards of retirement living. BCSLA’s Seal of Approval -- which all Sienna Retirement Residences in BC hold -- is a self regulatory, external and internal assessment program providing the highest standard of service and safety for seniors.
