Hawthorn Woods Community in Brampton

Welcome to Hawthorn Woods

Hawthorn Woods Community is located in a peaceful east-Brampton area backing onto beautiful nature views on conservation lands.

Inside, you’ll find a pond with fish and turtles along with six species of birds that call our community home. In the warmer months, enjoy time with family and friends on the outdoor walking path and back patio gazebo. In colder weather, the focus turns indoors with plenty of opportunities to remain active through a variety of programs and events that reflect the diverse interests and backgrounds of the 160 people living here, including music, art, horticultural programs, and monthly cultural lunches.
