Executive Vice President, Retirement Operations
Mark A. Lugowski is a seniors’ living executive with more than 15 years of experience and he is responsible for all aspects of Sienna’s Retirement Residence operations. Prior to joining Sienna in April 2020, Mark was Vice President, Esprit Lifestyle Communities for Extendicare Inc., where he was responsible for the growth and development of the Retirement brand from its inception. Before joining Extendicare, Mark was with Amica Mature Lifestyles where he was most recently the Vice President of Operations Excellence and Service Innovation, and previously Vice President of Operations. Mark started his career as a Chef and has moved his way through increasingly senior roles in the senior living sector, gaining valuable experience in operations, sales, marketing, development, acquisition and integration, human resources, and labour relations.
Mark has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Retirement Communities Association. He holds a B.A. from Dalhousie University, and an MBA from the University of Fredericton.
