Ms. Fritsch is a seasoned executive with nearly 25 years experience in the seniors housing and care sector. She is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the company’s real estate and development portfolio, information technology, procurement, project and risk management divisions, and other strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Sienna in July 2022, Ms. Fritsch held several progressive leadership and management roles at Chartwell Retirement Residences over the course of 17 years. Her most recent role was Senior Vice President, Real Estate & Investment where she led the organization’s real-estate growth platform across Canada.
Ms. Fritsch holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts (Gerontology) and Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) from Simon Fraser University. She is also a graduate of the Director Education Program at Rotman School of Management and attends ongoing education to maintain her designation of ICD.D.
