What sets Sienna Senior Living team members apart?
It takes a very special person to excel at helping seniors live fully every day. You have to be the sort of person who will come the moment someone calls, who’s open to listening and understanding, who wants to spend time and share older people’s stories. Some of our team members are required to lift and move adults who are unable to help themselves, and are called on to understand the needs of residents or clients who may be confused or unable to communicate. Sienna Senior Living team members exhibit a special kind of caring – and it’s not something you find every day. That’s why our clients, residents, and their families are so appreciative.
What ongoing professional development do you offer team members?
