At Mariposa Gardens we offer independent living for seniors who wish to be free from chores and cooking, as well as assisted living to independent seniors who need a little extra help. We also have adult day programs to help seniors in the community live each day fully.
Independent Living
Live your life fully every day in a welcoming environment that offers: peace of mind, lots to do, attentive service, and 24/7 on-call emergency support.
Independent living means all the freedom and flexibility of living on your own with no day-to-day responsibilities, like grocery shopping, cooking, housecleaning, shoveling snow, maintaining a yard, home upkeep maintenance and laundry unless you wish to. Here, you’ll be able to keep up an active social life with family and friends, pursue your hobbies, explore new interests and friendships, and engage in a wide range of activities if you wish to. How you spend your time is completely up to you.
Our retirement residences offer a variety of private suites of varying sizes with en-suite bathrooms to suit different tastes and budgets. Weekly housekeeping service includes a change of linens and towels, with personal laundry service available for an additional fee.
You’ll enjoy up to three delicious meals a day, prepared by our professional chefs; snacks, and a wide selection of health and leisure programming every day, including Sienna Signature Services that are unique programs that are exclusive to Sienna Senior Living.
Finally, you’ll always benefit from the peace of mind that comes with on-call support available day and night, as well as an easy-to-reach in-suite emergency response system.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living gives you the support you need to continue to enjoy your independence.
You’ll receive private, personalized care in the comfort of your suite, while you enjoy all of the comforts of living here. We work with you to develop a plan that’s right for you, with the support of our caring team including Licensed Practical Nurses and Guest Attendants who are there to assist you, should you require it.
Along with 24/7 on-call support, you may also choose to receive:
- Assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
- Medication administration, general health, and nursing supervision
- Daily tidying and bed-making
- Weekly personal laundry service
Professional nursing services are also available for a fee. Each person’s needs vary, and you won’t be charged for services that you don’t require.

For seniors who live at home, but feel they need some help, Mariposa Gardens offers adult day programs.
Adult Day Programs
Do you miss getting out and spending time in a structured environment with friends? If you do, our adult day program might be just what you need.
You’ll be picked up in the mornings at your home by our mini-bus and dropped back at your home mid-afternoon. You will get to enjoy a range of activities designed to promote social connections and relaxation, receive nutritious meals, and help with daily living activities.
Our skilled team members are warm and welcoming, and happy to help you with anything you may need. We’re dedicated to making sure every day has something new to offer.
