Everyone has specific needs, that’s why our homes have specializations that go above and beyond regular care.
At The Cascades we offer assisted living to independent seniors who need a little extra help, and have a specialization in hospice services.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living gives you the support you need to continue to enjoy your independence.
You’ll receive private, personalized care in the comfort of your suite, while you enjoy all of the comforts of living here. We work with you to develop a plan that’s right for you, with the support of our caring team including Licensed Practical Nurses and Guest Attendants who are there to assist you, should you require it.
Along with 24/7 on-call support, you may also choose to receive:
- Assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
- Medication administration, general health, and nursing supervision
- Daily tidying and bed-making
- Weekly personal laundry service
Professional nursing services are also available for a fee. Each person’s needs vary, and you won’t be charged for services that you don’t require.

Hospice Care
Few moments are more important in the life of a family than when a loved one is nearing the end. We bring a unique level of compassion and experience to this sensitive time, keeping your loved one comfortable, respecting your family’s choices, and making things run smoothly so that you can stay focused on what’s most important.
Our private rooms are designed to feel like home, with outdoor patios and gardens, and pets are welcome. Family and friends are encouraged to visit whenever they wish, and are welcome to gather in our private family lounges.

Total number of units: 158 (3 private-pay Assisted Living suites + 45 government-subsidized Assisted Living suites + 100 Long-Term Care units + 10 Hospice units)
Total number of beds: 167 (26 private-pay beds: + 141 government-subsidized beds)
