Welcome to Case Manor
With a serene view of the Big Bob Channel at Lock 32, Case Manor Community is situated on the banks of Bobcaygeon’s charming, leafy waterways. This warm, welcoming community of 96 people is known for its bright, close-knit atmosphere. During the warmer months, you are welcome to join our fishing and boating programs or enjoy time outdoors along the waterfront, while in colder weather the focus turns indoors, with opportunities to remain active through a variety of programs and events. Year round activities include multi-faith services and intergenerational connections through partnerships with local schools and community organizations, just to name a few.
