Welcome to Hawthorn Woods

Hawthorn Woods Care Community opened in 2003, and is located in a quiet area in east Brampton backing onto conservation lands. Opting for either private or shared accommodation, air-conditioning is available in common areas and all resident rooms, the 160 residents form a diverse and multicultural community that enjoys amenities such as the outdoor walking path and a back patio with a gazebo. Our care community has 150 long-term care beds as well as 10 convalescent care beds. Specialized programs include music and horticultural therapies, and monthly cultural lunches. The home also has a pond inside with fish and turtles, as well as six species of birds. Hawthorn Woods prides itself in a developed palliative care program and unique physiotherapy and nursing rehabilitation programs.
