Welcome to Muskoka Shores
Muskoka Shores Community is situated within the picturesque town of Gravenhurst. Themed neighbourhoods represent the beautiful lakes surrounding our warm, vibrant community of 206 people where the Muskoka setting is evident in the décor, friendly team members, and natural surroundings of our enclosed courtyard and garden area. A rich variety of programs and activities available year round include our annual Fall Fair Day, BBQ and pub night, intergenerational connections through partnerships with local community organizations, and a laptop library – just to name a few.
A unique offering at Muskoka Shores Community is Transitions – our Convalescent Care program that provides rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from illness or surgery, as well as our Short-Stay program that provides interim accommodations, care, and services for seniors awaiting alternative accommodations.
