Kind words from residents and families

  • “My mom resided at Norfinch for over 14 years… During her residence, she was always treated with respect and dignity, as were all of our family members… after [outings] she was always happy to come ‘home.’”

  • “I have [had] a relative [at Norfinch Care Community] for the past 3 years now. I have always had positive experiences with all of the staff. They have been friendly, responsive and ready to help when asked to do so. The care they give has been top notch and I appreciate them, every day!”

  • “I would like to express our sincere gratitude to you and your great team for taking extra care with our mother… the way she [was] cared for was amaz[ing]. We could not express more how grateful we are at this moment to you and your team… Every time we visit the smiles and welcome from your team, including the neat and cleanliness of Norfinch, is highly recognised.”

  • “Thank you for the kindness and care you gave to my family. I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have to all of you. I truly love and will miss seeing you. [We] were all able to sleep at night and felt comforted knowing that my mother was in good hands with the nurses and PSWs who cared for her these past few years. God bless all of you and thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”
  • “I cannot thank you enough for all the care you gave to my father, you went beyond the call of duty… Your patience and dedication to [residents] knows no bounds. You’re amazing!”

  • “To the complete staff of Norfinch — administration, nursing & PSWs. [We] want to congratulate you for your professionalism in caring for [our relative]. Your caring, empathy, [and] humanism was outstanding.”

  • “Words cannot express the gratitude we feel towards each and every one of you, in every department… A sincere thank you to you all for the care, assistance and compassion that you give to our mom.”

  • "Thank all of you for all the wonderful care my mother received during her long stay with Norfinch... She enjoyed the gardens and various public areas… The environment was always clean. The food was good… Norfinch became her home… My mother enjoyed remarkably good health in her 95 years, much credit to all of your caregivers."
  • “Thank you for your continuous support, understanding, encouragement and kindness with first our father and then mother. You addressed our concerns fairly and always made us feel welcome. You have made a great difference to our stay here. Thank you for being such a blessing to us all.”
