Sienna’s top priority is the health and safety of residents, team members and visitors, and our experts ensure we are always implementing best practices for infection prevention and control and guidelines. We have confidence in our processes and collective expertise to manage any potential outbreaks and the related safety measure we put in place.

As of October 20, 2021, we have 0 residences in COVID-19 outbreak.

We all know that vaccinations are the best line of defense against COVID-19 and are pleased with our current team member vaccination rates. We know there is always room for improvement, so we have a policy and processes in place to adhere to, or go beyond the government requirements to support our efforts to obtain as close as possible to 100% vaccination rate.

To date we have implemented a focused plan to educate team members using our expert clinicians, as well as supporting team members by providing paid time off and transportation to get their vaccine. Most recently, we established a contest with prizes to encourage vaccination. We have also been advocating with the government to have vaccines available on site permanently to make it easy for team members to get vaccinated.
